Aftercare

Look after them,
they'll look after you.

None of this is hard work, and it makes a real difference. Better retention, healthier natural lashes underneath, and longer between infills. Here's the whole lot.

Close-up of lash extensions

The first 24 to 48 hours

The bit that matters most

The adhesive is still curing for a day or two after you leave. Get this window right and you'll notice the difference weeks later.

  • Keep them dry. That means no water, steam, sweat, or a good cry.
  • Give saunas, steam rooms, and swimming a miss.
  • Leave eye makeup and makeup removers alone for now.
  • Try not to touch, rub, or pick at them, however tempting it is.
  • Sleep on your back if you can manage it.

After that

Day to day

About thirty seconds of effort, morning and night.

  • Clean them regularly with a lash-safe cleanser. Clean lashes genuinely last longer.
  • Brush them through each day with a clean spoolie.
  • Keep oil-based products away from your eyes. Oil is what breaks the adhesive down.
  • Never pull or pick at an extension, because it takes your own lash with it.
  • Skip mascara unless I've told you otherwise.
  • Retire the lash curler for as long as you've got extensions in.

Infills

Come back every 2 to 3 weeks

That's the sweet spot. Leave it much longer, or lose a lot in one go, and there may not be enough left to build on, which means a fresh set instead. I'll always tell you which one you need before you're committed to anything.

Book your infills

If something doesn't feel right

Redness, swelling, itching, burning, or anything that's just uncomfortable: message me straight away. Please don't try to take them off at home. I'd far rather remove them properly, and I won't charge you for it.

One honest caveat. If the aftercare above hasn't been followed, retention and comfort will suffer, and at that point complimentary fixes, infills, or refunds won't apply. Not me being difficult, it's just out of my hands by then.
